We are excited to start our next TRE® Module-training in Iceland
Module I can be used purely for the deepening of own TRE® process and is the first step in the certification program moving towards being a Certified TRE® Provider.
This training centered around self-healing and self-development with TRE®. The weekend will be practical and open to anyone – with or without a therapeutic background. You can take this training without committing to continue with the certification process toward becoming a Certified TRE® Provider. After this training weekend, you can use TRE® for yourself as a self-help tool, as it teaches you all the theoretical foundations needed for good and safe personal practice.
DevaLaya Guleng, an international TRE® Certification Trainer, will teach the training, assisted by Svava Brooks, Certified TRE® Provider & Mentor Trainee.
Goal
To deepen your process and to help you experience the neurogenic tremors. You will be supported through the exercises and tremors each morning and afternoon session. We will explore the theory behind the model.
Module 1 will include the following:
- Introduction to TRE®
- Introduction and deepening of personal tremoring experience
- Anatomy, neurology, and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE®
- Understanding the tremor response
- Introduction to the Polyvagal Theory
- Defence reactions as they relate to TRE®
- Containment and grounding strategies
The way we work:
There will be plenty of time for discussion and sharing of your experiences. We will also guide you in developing your skills so you can begin to support other people through the exercises.

Module I

Saturday, Sept. 16, 2022, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break 1 pm- 2:30 pm)
Sunday, Sept. 17, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break 1 pm – 2:30 pm)
Module II & III
(you’ll need to be able to attend these dates if you wish to proceed towards being a certified TRE® Provider – if you for some reason cannot attend these dates and wish to proceed with certification, please get in touch with us)
MODULE II
Friday Jan 12th – Sunday Jan 14th (3 full days)
These dates are preliminary onsite, and may only online (unless a minimum amount of participants continue)
MODULE III
We are planning for the M3 to be onsite again in Iceland if it was online only for M2.
Friday April 26th – Sunday April 28th 2024 (3 full days)
Module I prices:
Early Bird €345 when booking and payment are completed by June 1st.
Full cost €395 for any booking and payment completed after June 1st
Late bird €435 any booking and payment completed from Sept 1st 2023
To continue with certification as a TRE® Provider, you must attend Modules II & III connected to the Module I you signed up for. Additional costs will apply for required supervision sessions and literature/media. The certification process is normally completed within 12-18 months from the start of Module I.
