Throughout my life, I've been moving through many

Throughout my life, I've been moving through many different paths and directions. In 2008, when I followed my gut feeling to travel last minute to a workshop, little did I know it would be something that would stay close to my heart and support my body into a sustainable structural change.
I met #DrDavidBerceli in Stockholm at my first #TRE workshop. My whole body had a completely new experience, and I knew this would be a new direction. Little did I then know how it would affect my life so big. Today, we are moving into 15 years later, I've been teaching #TRE for 13 years, and it still excites me so much.
This weekend, I have the honour of supporting and guiding a new group of #TREtrainees towards a new/deeper part of their process . We are going to continue to #shaketheworld!

We've completed 2/3 of #TRE module 2 online. This weekend exploring deepening of #polyvagaltheory , understanding of our coping mechanisms F/F/D, #TREmors and of course the startup of teaching TRE to individuals.

Throwback picture.
Every time I travel somewhere, my choice of seat in an airplane is the window-seat.
Occasionally flying across Europe in different directions, it gives an opportunity to see new "paintings" outside to embrace. This "painting" is flying over the Pyrenees last year in the fall.
