Cancellation Policy Sessions
Cancellation by you
Cancellation must be completed 24 hours prior to scheduled time, otherwise full cost will be charged/no rebooking will be possible. For sessions on Mondays, cancellation must be completed latest Friday afternoon (3pm Stockholm time zone), otherwise full cost will be charged.
“No Show” & Delay’s
If you don’t show up (online/on-site) at scheduled time (within 10 minutes after scheduled start), and/or don’t inform about delays, you loose your right to the scheduled time and no refund/rebooking will be possible.
Cancellation by us
OmniBalance reserves the right to modify or cancel any session if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel, we shall inform you as soon as possible.
Sickness
Please be mindful that should you be sick, have fewer etc, please inform us as soon as possible to re-book your time. The time has to be booked in again within 1 month, if we complete the re-booking within the 4 – 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. A re-booked session from this time-frame, can not be re-booked several times. Cancellation 0-4 hours prior to the session (or showing up to the session sick so the Provider needs to decide that it can’t be completed, 50% of the cost will be charged/lost).

Sessions with requirement for pre-recorded material has a different cancellation policy, please see separate email with conditions related to material deadline.
Cancellation Policy Workshops/Trainings
Cancellation by you
- Cancellation must be done latest 6 weeks (43+ days) prior to scheduled workshop for the fee to be refunded(less the non-refundable registration fee 80€).
- Cancellation done between 3-6 weeks (22-42 days) prior to the scheduled workshop, 50% of the workshop will be refunded.
- Cancellation done less than three weeks (21 days) – sorry no refund!
Registrations completed within the six last weeks prior to scheduled workshop, only the two last points in the cancellation policy will apply. Should the participant have not paid the fee upon registration, but have chosen to do a direct bank transfer, the participant is still bound under the payment conditions for their registered spot. Should you not be able to attend, and you find someone to take your spot before the training (minimum 2 weeks), you can transfer your spot to someone else to avoid loosing any fee.
Move fee to next workshop
Should you in timely manner see that you are not able to attend the workshop/training, the full fee can be moved to the next training (1 time) within 6 months from original dates. For full fee to be moved, this needs to be arranged no later than 3 week prior to the original dates the participant is signed up for.
Sickness
If you should become sick, and have a valid medical certificate, you can change the weekend of attending, you can transfer the paid fee to a training within 6 months from the original scheduled dates to attend. Should the participant be sick even on the new weekend, unfortunately the fee will not be moved again.
“No Show” & Delay’s
Participation in workshops and trainings require the participant to partake from the beginning. They are experiential and the safety of the group is main priority. Should the participant not show up in time, unfortunately the participant can not partake. The participant is responsible for having completed requested preparation in a timely manner. No shows or lacking information that are affecting participation will not qualify for a refund if the organiser have sent out information in time.
Responsibility difference in time zone (online training)
OmniBalance AB will give the times from the location they are based (Central Europe Time zone, summer and winter time). It is always the participants own responsibility to ensure they are using a time-zone converter for the given date/time to ensure they show up at correct start-time of the workshop.
Cancellation by us
We reserves the right to modify or cancel the training if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel we shall inform you as soon as possible, and your fee will be refunded.
OmniBalance is not responsible for the participants travel/accommodation costs at cancelled workshops/trainings.
