Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://tre-online.com website (the “Service”) operated by OmniBalance TRE® Online (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
Cancellation Policy Sessions
Cancellation by you
Cancellation must be completed latest 24 hours prior to scheduled time, otherwise full cost will be charged/no rebooking will be possible. For sessions on Mondays, cancellation must be completed by Friday afternoon (3pm Stockholm time zone), otherwise full cost will be charged.
“No Show” & Delay’s
If you don’t show up (online/On-site) at scheduled time (within 10 minutes after scheduled start), and/or don’t inform about delays, you loose your right to the scheduled time and no refund/rebooking will be possible.
“No Show” on free sessions/pre-meetup’s
Please be aware that no-shows are charged @ €50 . Cancellation policy applies at the free meetings as well.
Cancellation by us
OmniBalance reserves the right to modify or cancel any session if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel, we shall inform you as soon as possible.
Sickness
Please be mindful that should you be sick, have fewer etc, please inform us as soon as possible to re-book your time. The time has to be booked in again within 1 month, if we complete the re-booking within the 4 – 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. A re-booked session from this time-frame, can not be re-booked several times. Cancellation 0-4 hours prior to the session (or showing up to the session sick so the Provider needs to decide that it can’t be completed, 50% of the cost will be charged/lost).
SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY GCTP SUPERVISION SESSIONS
Sessions with requirement for pre-recorded material has a different cancellation policy, please see separate email with conditions related to material deadline.
Cancellation Policy Workshops/Trainings
Cancellation by you
- Cancellation must be done latest 6 weeks (43+ days) prior to scheduled workshop for the fee to be refunded(less the non-refundable registration fee).
- Cancellation done between 3-6 weeks (22-42 days) prior to the scheduled workshop, 50% of the workshop will be refunded.
- Cancellation done three weeks(21 days) or less prior to the scheduled workshop/training – sorry no refund!
Registrations completed within the six last weeks prior to scheduled workshop, only the two last points in the cancellation policy will apply.
If you should become sick, and have a valid medical certificate, you can transfer the paid fee to a training within 6 months from the original scheduled dates to attend.
Cancellation by us
We reserves the right to modify or cancel the training if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel we shall inform you as soon as possible, and your fee will be refunded.
OmniBalance is not responsible for the participants travel/accommodation costs at cancelled workshops/trainings.
Refund policy
Agreed refund
OmniBalance agrees to refund within one week of agreement.
Backorders
Customer agrees to wait for confirmation of available place in the training prior to making the payment.
If the paying customer transfer money prior to confirmed session/spot (as ie. backorders for workshops and trainings), there is an admin fee of €30 that will be deducted from the originally paid fee.
Pre-purchased sessions (session-packages)
Customers purchasing the session-packages with three (3) or four (4) sessions, agrees to complete the first booking within 8 weeks from original order date. The sessions will expire 4 months after the first session is completed, or all non-completed sessions will expire no later than six (4) months (18 weeks) from placed order.
Cancellation Policy Started Training Programs
Post Module 1 – after signing the learning plan and starting the full training program.
2-/3-day training:
Module 2 / 3 & Supervision-weekends that are included as a part of a full training program, cannot be taken as standalone modules. Therefore, the standard cancellation policy is not applicable, and the below mentioned cooling-off period is applicable. (In certain circumstances individuals may be permitted to attend the next training).
Cooling-off period:
Trainees who have registered for the GCTP and have signed this agreement have 10 days within which they may change their mind and be released from this agreement. After this time, they will be liable for the full cost of the GCTP (this includes unpaid invoices).
Discontinuation during the training program:
Trainees who choose to discontinue the training at any stage after this 10-day cooling off period may be permitted to continue in the next training program with the same trainer (in certain extenuating circumstances only). If there has been a fee increase, they may be required to pay the difference of fees. Trainees who decide for whatever reason that they want to complete the training with another Certification Trainer will need to follow the correct procedures as laid out by TRE® FOR ALL. In this case there will be no refund of the training fees unless agreed by the Primary Certification Trainer.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OmniBalance TRE® Online and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by OmniBalance TRE® Online.
OmniBalance TRE® Online has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that OmniBalance TRE® Online shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
